Read Ephesians 1–2.
I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe.
Ephesians 1:17–19
Dear God,
Cover us with the words of St. Paul today. Give us wisdom and revelation to get closer to you. Help us to see that all problems, sufferings, addictions, worries, and diseases are solved/cured in the hope and faith of whom we have been called. Show us the great power we have when we believe. Give us the courage, faith, and strength to search our hearts, lay all troubles at your feet, and trust in the mighty power of your love for us. Help us to die in ourselves so that you may live in us. Bless every word I speak and hear today. Bless my thoughts and actions and help me be an example of your love to someone today.
