Read 1 Corinthians 15:12–16.

For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be destroyed is death. (1 Corinthians 15:25–27)

Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.
1 Corinthians 15:51–52

Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?
1 Corinthians 15:55

Dear God,
You destroyed all enemies, including death, so why do I worry? You put all enemies under your feet, so who or what should I fear? I have an eternal future with you. I should be rejoicing and grateful, but my heart feels heavy. Lord, help me to receive your favor. Help me not to rest in what is familiar (fear, anxiety, frustration) because when I do, I push you and your favor away. You are the great I Am, my prince of peace. Help me to lean in and trust in your promises. Help me to see how you bless me and my intentions each day. Help me to listen with my spirit and see all your works in this day.
I love you, Papa.
