Read 1 Corinthians 14–15:11.

For I am the least of all the apostles and do not even deserve to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.
1 Corinthians 15:9–10

Dear God,
I thank you for the example of Paul because it gives me such hope. Paul was a sinner. He persecuted Christians (your people), yet by your grace, you used him to build the church. You don’t seek the righteous. I love the way you work. You pursue the broken, defeated, and those who think it’s too late or that they are too far gone. You never give up, and then when they begin to listen, you use them for your glory! Thank you, Jesus, for your grace and mercy. Use all of my intentions today. Pursue them, touch them, heal them, and help them to receive you. I pray this in the name of my Savior, Jesus Christ.
I love you, Papa.
