Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.

Dear God,
Thank you for literally loving us to death and back. You took our brokenness to the cross. You crushed it so that we might live a life with you. All we have to do is believe and receive. Help me to lay all my doubts and anxieties at your feet today. Lord, help me to trust you, and allow me to receive your gifts of love, mercy, grace, and forgiveness. You already love me; you bought me with your life. Help me to value myself like you do. Heal me, Lord. Help me to honor you with my body by freeing my spirit to be with you.
