Dear God,
Thank you for giving us Paul as an example of hope. Thank you for using him to show us that all people are worthy of your love and forgiveness. You made a believer of Paul, one who persecuted you and your children. You removed his “spiritual chains” for him to see you only to replace them with physical chains, but physical chains can never keep us from you. Lord, I ask today to remove our chains. Remove whatever is holding us back from a full relationship with you. Help us to not use our diseases, suffering, grief, anxieties, or depression to distance from you. Instead, make it an opportunity to lean in and experience your miraculous love and healing.
